Jay Nemeth
Aerospace Cinematographer & FlightLine Films CEO
Jay Nemeth began his career in 1984 as a Director of Photography and as an Aerial Cinematographer, using various airborne camera systems to produce images for feature films, television programs and documentaries. He has also directed numerous live television events and shows for a variety of customers.
In 2007, Jay saw the emerging private space programs and created FlightLine Films to not only continue providing the highest quality in Aerial Cinematography, but to also provide Astro Cinematography, Live Webcasting, as well as other Production services.
As part of the Red Bull Media House Team, Jay received an Emmy from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in the category of Outstanding Innovations in Sports Event Coverage for the Red Bull Stratos Space Jump.
Philip Nobert
Executive Producer
With over twenty years of storytelling experience, Philip has produced thousands of hours of media content, including the Jeff Bezos and William Shatner launch shows for Blue Origin, and Artemis 1’s 8K/VR show for Felix and Paul Studios. In addition to Flightline’s Executive Producer, Philip oversees Business Development, and Entertainment and Brand Partnerships.
As the story of space rapidly unfolds, Philip is uniquely qualified to help you find your voice and craft your space story in engaging and memorable ways.
New York born & raised, Philip is a runner, comedy enthusiast, basketball junkie and family man.
Angelea Abshier
Business Development
Angela is the newest member of the team and brings decades of experience in innovation technology and growth. A former Las Vegas gaming executive, Angela brings structure and balance to our legacy of creativity and storytelling. With a background in intellectual property law, Angela's experience in business operations keeps the rest of the team reaching for the stars. When she isn't with us in Las Vegas, she is at her home in Santa Barbara where she operates a non-profit, sails, surfs and hikes.
Ross Ruffing
Government Relations
Ross brings a creative background in business development to the FlightLine team, helping to cultivate new opportunities in the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience in identifying dual-use applications for technologies developed under government funded research and development contracts.
When not working on commercializing aerospace technology, he enjoys spending time in the mountains, traveling, or relaxing on his small farm with his wife and three daughters.
